Presentation Topic “Employment Tax
Compliance & Year End Preparation”
NEW YORK, NY, September 18, 2008-- Employment Tax Specialists (ETS)’ COO Ross
Henderson delivered a presentation on “Employment Tax Compliance & Year End
Preparation” to members of the Hartford, CT chapter of the American Payroll
Association (APA) for their quarterly meeting. The presentation followed the Hartford
chapter’s Quarterly Dinner Meeting. While the presentation
focused on Employment Tax Compliance & Year End Preparation, it also
addressed the 409a Nonqualified Deferred Options’ (NQDO) final regulations.
The presentation was well-attended, with over 40 APA
members in attendance, representing a
variety of leading national employers based in the Connecticut, Massachusetts
and New York areas. Past guest speakers to the chapter’s Quarterly Dinner
Meetings have included the Commissioner of Revenue Services, and representatives
from both the Social Security Administration and the IRS.
