Jeffrey Aleixo , CEO, President, & Founder

Prior to forming ETS in 1999, Mr. Aleixo ran a successful $30M division of Nationwide Insurance. In over 25 years of employment tax experience, Jeffrey has developed compliance and tax optimization work for nearly 100 companies in the Fortune 1000. Mr. Aleixo is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Marketing Management. Mr. Aleixo is an avid fly fisherman as well as expert in classic sports car restoration.
Richard Garrett , CFO & Co-founder

A practicing CPA since 1965, Richard Garrett spent 15 years in public accounting, managing all aspects of financial reporting, taxation, and planning. Mr. Garrett established his own practice in 1979. As an active member of the California CPA Society, he has served on committees that focus on accounting and auditing principles, taxation, and real estate. Richard is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Accounting. Richard is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys outdoor adventure travel.
Ross Henderson , COO

Ross has over 20 years of executive-level experience in finance and operations. Since joining ETS in 2001, Ross has specialized in service to financial sponsors and Fortune 100 clients as well as overseeing the overall ETS operations. Prior to his tenure at ETS, he acted as CEO of ClickTex and President of Henro Trading, Inc., a business he built from scratch and grew to over $45M in sales. Ross earned his B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley and his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. Ross currently serves as President of AUTO ("The Association of Unemployment Tax Organizations"). Ross holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do as well as earned black belts in Hapkido and Tae Kwon Do.
