With ETS, Kai uses his 20 years of investment
banking and M&A experience to help some of the nation’s preeminent private
equity groups and their portfolio companies. Before associating with ETS in
2002, Mr. Hedbabny was an acquisition and divestiture consultant for a variety
of publicly traded and private equity clients. A graduate of George Washington
University (Economics) with an MBA from Columbia Business School, he started
his Wall Street career in investment banking roles for Morgan Stanley and other leading investment firms.
