 ETS' Verification Plus VOIE services are administered by Verify Job Systems (VJS).

We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all information used for verification of income & employment.

  • VJS requires Social Security number and personal identification number for entry, denying entry to all others.
  • We will not disclose, distribute or resell the data or information provided by employers; data is used for verification of employment only.
  • Employers, employees and verifiers need a browser with 128-bit encryption to access VJS system online. All data is SAS 70 Type II certified.
  • VJS loads data from a fixed length ASCI data file provided by the client. Data downloading occurs once a week. After the initial transfer, VJS will test the entire process before job data becomes accessible. The employer may use our secure website to test its data for accuracy and integrity anytime during the testing period.
